Quotes
Quotes are based on the site survey and are valid for 60 days. Any work not listed in the written quote is priced and agreed in writing before it starts.
Deposits and payment
A deposit secures your start date. Stage payments and the final balance are due as set out in your quote. Materials remain our property until paid for in full.
Access and site conditions
You agree to provide reasonable access, water and electricity. If ground conditions differ from those found at survey, we will explain the options and costs before continuing.
Plants and aftercare
Living plants depend on watering and care after handover. Written care notes are provided with every planting scheme.
Cancellations
You may cancel within 14 days of accepting a quote. After that, costs already incurred for materials and design work may be charged.
