Porcelain or natural stone?
Porcelain is low-maintenance and consistent. Natural stone weathers in and suits older houses. We bring samples to the survey.
Will a patio need planning permission?
Usually not, but rules on drainage and raised areas apply. We check during the survey and help with any paperwork.
How soon can we use it?
Most patios can be walked on within two days of finishing and furnished within a week.
