Good to know
Can you build from a design I already have?
Yes. We still survey the site to check the plan works on the ground, then quote to build it.
Do I need to be at home during the build?
No. We agree access at the start, and your site lead sends a short update at the end of each day.
What if something changes mid-build?
Any change is priced in writing before we do it, so the final bill always matches what you agreed.
